Coaching is a goal- or solution-oriented approach with the customer as an expert. The basis is the desire for self-reflection and change. Coaching is particularly suitable for the following questions:

The coaching offers various options for achieving goals in individual, one-on-one advice. Only experienced coaches work at SNU who, in addition to their psychological background, have extensive experience and various tools. These range from NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) to a change of perspective, circular questions, constellation work and the >> inner team <<. The background of the coaching work is the systemic, solution-oriented approach. This means working holistically with the help of the coach's resources. The approach is also very future-oriented and minimally problem-oriented. Organizationally, our coaching usually includes around 5-6 sessions plus a clarification of the assignment. The meetings can take place on your premises or externally.
